At Alltrade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home essentials. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
